Modern Tropical with Asian Fusion

Aylin Bucci, Interior Designer at our Brownwood store, worked with newlyweds Eddie and Karen to transform this Williamsburg Premier Home in The Villages. Building off a few treasured Asian décor and Tommy Bahama pieces, this house became their dream home.

This relaxing sunroom was designed with gathering in mind. The Tommy Bahama Samba Game Table sets up the fun while the conversation areas are perfect for gathering.

The Amazing Grace Marsh Artwork has the blues and greens that pull the room together.

Westside Conversation Sofa from Flexsteel

Stay Cool inside this Florida sunroom. The custom Westside Conversation Sofa by Flexsteel means years of style and comfort to come. Bring the outside in with the aquas and greens in the custom pillows.

What a great view! Gather round in the sunroom for comfortable seating options from Lexington. The Alta Vista Swivel Chairs bring a pop of color and the rug pulls the outside in with the wave pattern.

Perfect for game night, the Samba Game Table by Tommy Bahama provides high style, comfortable seating, and even storage.

The inspiration for this room started with a love of this bold fabric. Corals and teals play nicely in this whimsical custom bedding.

It’s the touches that bring the room together. The Talmage silver leaf tray from The Uttermost Co. is paired with shimmery glass ornamental balls.

What a warm welcome for guests! More stylish Tommy Bahama textures combine beautifully with the scalloped edge white bedding. The contrasting navy fabrics bring the look together.

Open Concept with Key West Vibes

R. and R. Glover from The Villages visited Key West often and fell in love with Alan S Maltz’s photography. They acquired some of his pieces and when they moved to The Villages, they wanted to create a home with a Key West feel using his photography as an inspiration. Their move was in the Fall of 2021. They started building their pool and working with Babette’s to furnish their home in Spring of 2022. R. loves the Aqua tones and with the help of Tommy Bahama line of furniture, we were able to design with her favorite color. R. has a great eye for design and drove this project with her stylish inspiration pieces.

The Inspiration wall features the Turtle Point Buffet from Lexington’s Ocean Breeze Collection by Tommy Bahama and a beautiful Key West photo by Alan S Maltz.

The Hidden Lake Bistro table from the Oyster Bay Collection by Lexington features a mixture of materials that create a unique look ideal for any dining space. The light aqua walls and bright white Wainscot trim by JSR Trim, provide just the right background for the Old Florida style art by Alan S Maltz to be center stage. The chandelier and sconces by Uttermost bring in a light airy touch, installed by Hayes Electric. The Atherton Floor Mmirror from Tommy Bahama opens up the room and gives us another view of the Key West artwork.

The weathered driftwood finish combined with bold color, creates a tranquil primary bedroom. The Cypress Point bed from Lexington is crafted from Gray Elm veneers with sweeping cathedral grain patterns and pairs nicely with the light nightstands from Universal’s Modern Farmhouse Collection.

Relaxing and serene colors make this living room a pure delight. The customized sofas are from Lexington’s Personal Design Series. Kick back and relax in the Sorrento Zero Gravity custom leather recliners by Palliser in Marine Leather. But the Hermes Reef Coffee table steals the show with a molded fused glass top that mimics the ocean scenery on her favorite artwork. The stylish feature wall is by Kurt Black.

The aqua color scheme continues to the Seabrook Dining set with custom fabric for the cushions.

What is a tranquil home without an exquisite outdoor space? Plenty of room for entertaining in comfort and style with the Seabrook Collection by Tommy Bahama Outdoor.

Take in the sun in style on these lounge chairs by Telescope.

The chandelier by Uttermost is a style win above the pedestal dining table. The elegant white trim contrasts the dark finish. The tiled mirror bring in more shades of aqua and the feel of the sea.

This Flexsteel sleeper sofa allows R. and R. Glover to easily convert their den to a comfy guest room. The Flexsteel Blue Spring technology means it is not just stylish, but your guests will also enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Upon entering, this foyer sets the tone and you know high style abounds room by room. The grand size of the mirror and shimmery finish, beautifully reflect the elegant lighting from the chandelier by Uttermost. The Metaphor Media Console from the Signature Designs Series by Artistica features clean contemporary lines with sandblasted white oak finish and brushed stainless steel accents.

Transitional Design for Iris Floor Plan

Clients, Connie and Larry were looking to create a cohesive flow with the recently enclosed lanai and the open concept room.

Transitional Design for Poplar Floor Plan

Clients, Bette and Allen were looking for a Transitional design for their Polar Model.

The design objective was to maximize seating and storage in 3 areas. The Sofa table with stools provides additional tv viewing and eating surface as well as a casual work station for the homeowner. Stools can be used around the kitchen bar or the sofa table. Cocktail ottoman on casters adds seating or serving function. Large coastal cabinet has touch lighting for ambiance and has multiple storage and display option.

Elevated Cozy

This Lady Lake condo is transformed into a cozy and elevated “loft” style design.

Swivel chairs from Braxton Culler with customer’s choice fabric and Lexington ottoman created a warm circular conversation area for intimate gatherings. The customer’s lovely decor sits on the Hooker marble console by the picture window.

The Catalina power recliners in Onyx leather from Flexsteel create a bold contrast against the white media wall.

The Louvre rug from Surya in charcoal and cream brings the look together in the den.

Client J. Jones wanted to bring a coastal look to her expanded Indigo model in the Village of Fenney.
