Furniture Sales / Interior Design Assistant Manager
We seek to hire a Furniture Sales/Interior Design Assistant Manager to join our company! You will be responsible for assisting in managing, developing, and overseeing our sales and design team, to ensure they are providing the best experience for our customers and to ensure continued success of our sales department as we continue to grow
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating the sales and design team activities under the supervision of the Sales Manager
- Motivate Sales Associates and assist with the quotas and goals for the team
- Assist in analyzing the sales statistics to identify areas of improvement through consistent training in both areas of sales and design
- Help develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Audit Orders
- Deal with customer escalations and build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Admin Assistance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales management, furniture sales management or Interior Design Management is preferred
- Experience as a supervisor or manager is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong leadership qualities, including training and sales team support
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong ability to develop successful sales and design team members
Schedule:
You would have a 5 day work week. Days off are Thursday and Friday.

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Furniture Sales Associate / Interior Designer
We are seeking a Furniture Sales Associate / Interior Designer to join our team! Looking for driven, positive, fun individuals who would like an opportunity to grow with our company. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Manage and distribute sales material to present to customers
Design Side – (training offered)
- In-home visits
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements for the project
- Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
- Sketch preliminary design plans
- Create Inspiration and Mood Boards along with a slideshow presentation
- Specify materials and furnishings
- Create a timeline for the interior design project and project costs
- Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, design, or other related fields
- Familiarity with G-Suite a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Previous Furniture Sales or Interior Design experience is a plus
Earning Potential: Weekly base draw plus monthly commissions. The average annual earnings are between $45,000-$85,000 You have control of income. The more you put into it the more you will get out. So if you have a positive goal-oriented attitude you can soar to the stars with uncapped earning potential.
Schedule: The Store is open Monday through Saturday 10 am to 9pm and Sunday 12 pm to 5pm. You would work 5 day. Saturday is mandatory. There are day (9:45 am to 5 pm) and evening shifts (1:45 pm to 9 pm). You would work 1 evening shift and 4 day shifts.
